Keep arms naturally extended and elbows relaxed, avoiding locking them. - Inhale to prepare, then exhale and use the chest muscles to steadily squeeze inward.
- Keep the neck relaxed throughout the process to avoid compressing the cervical spine.
- Inhale to prepare, then exhale and contract the back muscles to open the chest.
- During the movement, focus on engaging the back muscles, with the hands providing assistance by pulling outward.
